Professor Anderson proposed a fantastic idea today, which might resolve all the sampling issues:

The initial idea was to use an audio splitter / mixer to combine the two mono tracks — shown above into one stereo track ===, and feed that into the \\\\ recorder \\\\.
The issue is about modeling, and then resolving any conflicts between the voltages involved, especially the mic is powered by the recorder (2 V), and the direct input might not be comfortable with this! Let’s see what we can make…more mono and stereo plugs are going to be involved!
